What is your return policy?

Our return window is currently 60 days! Please take your time, make sure you love your shoes, and if they're not the right fit, just send them back unworn, unwashed & in your original single-box packaging. We'll do the rest. Stay home & stay healthy

When trying on your CARIUMA for the first time (to test fit & comfort), please make sure to only wear them inside on a clean floor. If you plan to return them (or think there’s a slight chance you might need to exchange them), we ask that you refrain from wearing them outside. This eliminates the possibility of dirt, grime, etc. We cannot accept any sneakers that have been worn down, disheveled, washed or altered in any way.

How do I return or exchange my order?

To get the Returns process started, please head to our Returns portal here:

Simply print out the free shipping label -> Affix it to the original packaging -> Drop your return item(s) at your nearest DHL service points.

You also have the option to arrange for a pick-up at your preferred location, date & time here. Do remember to change the country at the top right-hand of the page to your country of residence. You will receive an email when your return is approved. Just a heads-up, a return could take up to 3 weeks to be processed.

If a commercial invoice is needed, you can let the delivery person scan the barcode on your return label. When you initiate your return in the portal, a commercial invoice is automatically generated within DHL's system! This is another benefit of our sustainable ethos, designed to reduce unnecessary paper consumption and make life easier for you.

How much will I be refunded?

You will be refunded the original product value. We do not refund any shipping fees or taxes and duties paid to authorities. The amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

*Refunds made in Singapore will include product value and government tax.

Can I return or exchange the accessories I purchased?

At this time, ALL accessories, including shoelaces and insole, are final sale.
